For Instructors

Welcome to the Web site for Nursing Research: Reading, Using, and Creating Evidence. The lead author, Janet Houser, has teamed up with contributing faculty from across the country to create one of the most dynamic research texts on the market today. The book makes research dynamic and interactive by directing students and faculty to online journal databases, like CINAHL, to find current articles (evidence!) and critically analyze them. This fully interactive Web site provides additional interactivities for students and instructors to support classroom and online education. We are pleased to provide these extensive resources for our latest nursing research title.

We hope you enjoy our latest offering for the nursing curriculum. If you have any questions about this site, please contact your Jones & Bartlett sales representative

Students: Choose any of the interactive resources on the left to help you learn chapter material, prepare for tests, and further explore topics in the text.

Instructors: Please fill out the Instructor’s Resource Form to view the accompanying teaching aids listed on the left. The author has carefully planned the instructor resources for use in both traditional classroom settings and online courses. If you or a colleague are teaching an online course, be sure to contact your Jones & Bartlett sales representative and have him/her walk you through the numerous instructors resources that are perfect for online courses.

Also, we encourage both students and instructors to take the time to fill out our Feedback Survey to help us provide the best learning resources available in this and future editions.
